At Copper Flow, every piece is made to be worn, enjoyed, and appreciated. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Return eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped: unworn or gently tried on, undamaged, unaltered, and with all original packaging and included materials.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Copper Flow is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned.
How to start a return
Email support@copperflow.store with your order number, name, and reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions. Please do not send an item back before receiving return authorization.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
